I have only flown once since the pandemic started. I try to fly as little as possible, but I do not want to deny the rest of my family the chance to visit new places and experience a “normal” life. I have agreed to compromise to fly one time a year for a family vacation, and another time for a soccer tournament the kids want to play in. I do not often go to conferences or other events. I wish this attitude was more pervasive in society, so there would be less resistance, and less pressure from soccer clubs and professional organizations.
