My cosy state of cognitive dissonance changed forever in 2012 when I watched a video of Professor Kevin Anderson explaining the urgency of the global climate crisis. Since then I’ve flown far less, and have been flight free since 2018.

I don’t miss flying at all. It’s an easy way of reducing my carbon footprint and I’m having fun exploring Ireland on the bus or by train.
