I lived in a rural area and watched as on certain days the contrails would disperse throughout the afternoon, eventually covering the entire sky with a layer. It was remarkable and frightening to watch, and convinced me I do not want to contribute to that pollution.

I work at home and drive rarely. I plan to save any flying for family emergencies as my in-laws are in the East Coast and I am on the West. Flying will be withheld for family emergencies only.
