Flying less is our responsibility as scientists, both privately and for work. But it is very hard not to fly while being a young, in-the-making scientist, as making connections and collaboration is especially important if you want to become a scientist.

Those who do fly and make these connections have an advantage over those who don’t! How can we change this?

I work with marine ecotoxocology, focusing on how changes on low trophic levels can affect whole ecosystems.
