With my growing awareness as an activist on several fronts, I’ve come to believe we all have to make changes on a personal level to reduce our footprint on Mother Earth. This means I will not be at activist conventions or see friends and family who live afar.

My work with Indigenous people leads me to the conclusion we need to adopt many of their ways. Though I’m retired now, I never had children because I thought there were too many of us on this earth. The Great Dying of 250 million years ago in the Americas demonstrated human climate impact.
