I’ve been working/doing internship in research for 4 years. I took the plane a lot to travel between Norway and France during that time.

I now try to make my PhD plane-free. I’m half-way through it but I have to refuse opportunities overseas. I’m still hesitating for some. I try to advertise train travel in Europe in my lab (going to EGU by train). I truly enjoy traveling by train. You see more, feel like you are traveling, have time to read.

My dream is to have ways to go to North and South America by boat.
