After returning home to Sacramento in 2016, I jumped headfirst into climate change activism. I’ve learned to love my hometown and all the local recreation that can be done.
For flights, I try to see as much as I can if I do fly somewhere, so that I might not have to fly back so soon. College and medical school were perfect for road trips and closer domestic flights because you and your company are trying to make your shoestring budget work anyway.
Now that I can make road trips in an electric vehicle this is definitely preferable for out-of-town vacations.
