It is very difficult to not fly from Israel since we are a sort of a political island. The only way to reach conferences is taking a boat to Cyprus or Greece and continuing from there. But I pledge to do so.
I am a nutritional and environmental epidemiologist. My research area is sustainable diets, the environmental cost of food and diet, health-environment-economy cost-benefit analyses and optimization, as well as food security, nutrition-sensitive agriculture, and sustainable development.
