Since the mid-1980s, I have held various management positions in adult education and vocational education and training, as well as in social and health care. At the same time, I have developed an interest in organizational change processes and R&D. I can implement both as a board member of HeurekaNet and as managing director and partner of KommaSystem Consultancy.
