Although I’m not a published scientist I’ve made it a habit to offset my flights (which are few and mostly vacations) by not having a car where I travel and choosing to walk or take public transit. Given the fact that Uber and Lyft make up for any savings, I just find it disturbing. I thought I’d join your group to at least stay informed and be active to help if I can.
